Most vets recommend that dogs get fresh air on a daily basis. For some pets, age or illness may prevent them from getting around on their own. The Happy Trails dog stroller gives you the freedom to take your family pet anywhere you go - whether you are going for a short walk around the block or a long walk through the park. We recently test drove the Happy Trails Dog Stroller from Pet Gear and can tell you from experience - this is an amazing pet stroller. Rugged, great looking and very easy to use, this is certainly one of the best pet strollers on the market today. Best of all it accomodates pets up to 30 lbs! The Happy Trails Plus stroller is made from a strong 600 Denier nylon, making it tough and water resistant. The durable, breathable mesh provides airflow and visibility. It has front and back entries and it zips open nicely for quick, easy access. It easily folds up in 5 seconds and can be folded with just one hand! The stroller folds up flat and compact, making this the perfect stroller for storage or travel. The large wheels make it roll smooth over flat or rough terrain. The parent tray holds keys cell phones, even a beverage! The Happy Trails Dog Stroller is ideal for small dogs, puppies, kittens or older animals with hip ailments or arthritic joints. Highly recommended. Capacity Holds up to 30 lbs. Interior Dimensions: 12″ wide X 24″ long X 22.5″ high. I need exercise. My felines want to get out and see the neighborhood. Training them to harness and leash has not worked well. A pet stroller looked like a possible solution but I was not sure about how well made they were, how much trouble they would be to put together, and a multitude of other factors.
Then I read an article in one of my cat magazines about the strollers. I checked amazon for some of the ones mentioned. The Happy Trails had caught my eye in the article and did again on amazon. I found a very nice deal on one and ordered it.
When it arrived, I wondered how much headache it would be to put together. I took twice as much time reading the instructions as what it took to follow them! About fifteen minutes total, reading and assembling. Everything went together smoothly. The instructions were very clear. The stroller looks great. I’ve taken it around in test drives. Manuevers fantastic. Very sturdy. I haven’t spotted any major or minor problems of any kind. And my cats haven’t run for the basement at the sight of something new, not even my one that’s scared of anything bigger than a house fly. So I’m very pleased with it.
